Party Packages

Make + Play Party

Price: $425

Ages: 2 - 4

Package Description: Toddler birthdays at Making Waves are a blast! Attendees spend one hour creating at our art and sensory stations (art table, water table, sand table, play doh table + building nook) and a half hour snacking and celebrating with friends. Package includes one Making Waves party instructor, one hour and thirty minutes of party time, set up and clean up, party table cloths, choice of theme/art activities, and a surprise gift for the birthday kiddo.

Theme Choices:

A) Let’s Go Buffalo! - Make a Buffalo Football Collage + Football Magnet

B) On Safari! - Paint a Watercolor Jungle Animal + Design Binoculars

C) Fairy Party! - Create a Paper Fairy + Fairy Wand

D) Dinosaur Party! - Paint a Wooden Dino + Design Dino Feet

Details:

  • Maximum of 10 children total (an additional 1 or 2children can be added for a fee of $20 per child).

  • One caregiver is required to stay with each child.

  • Birthday family is responsible for providing treats/snacks/paper products, etc. We highly encourage treats or snacks as opposed to meals due to the short time frame of our parties.

  • Birthday family may arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of the party and may stay a maximum of 15 minutes after the party ends.

  • Kindness toward our party instructors is a must :)

  • Party fee is due at the time of booking. We cannot provide refunds under any circumstances.

Add Ons:

  • Custom Theme - $100

  • Siblings Art Making Table (we’ll set up an additional age-appropriate project for younger or older siblings/guests; minimum of 4 participants) - $25/participant

  • Making Waves Party Bags (contains a set of OOLY paint sticks, a small stack of paper, and a pack of stickers) - $15 each

Price: $325

Ages: 2 - 4

Package Description: The same awesome Toddler Birthday Package as above, but with a maximum of 6 children - because sometimes small is best!

Art Studio Party

Price: $425

Ages: 5 - 12

Package Description: Kids birthdays at Making Waves are SO much fun! Parties start with a collaborative birthday banner making experience. Then we move into a 30 - 45 minute guided art project and finish with thirty minutes of snacking and celebrating with friends. Package includes one Making Waves party instructor, one hour and thirty minutes of party time, party table cloths, choice of theme/art activities, and a surprise gift for the birthday kiddo.

B) Swifty Party! - Design Your Own Wooden Guitar + Friendship Bracelets

D) We Love Monster Trucks! - Paint a Wooden Monster Truck

E) Mermaid World! - Design a Mermaid Jar

F) A Sweet Celebration! - Paint a Ceramic Cupcake Bank
